Me and my wife saw board of MK Home Improvement somewhere while driving and never thought someday we would be hiring MK Home Improvement for a job as at that time we were living in a rental condominium. Few years back we move to our own Townhouse and its basement washroom was not finished. When we decided to finished it we got quotes with some contractors. Then my wife recalled seeing board of MK Home Improvement and searched for them. Moe from MK Home Improvement came and gave us the quote for washroom with and without materials both. We opted for with materials as me and my wife both do job and we didn’t have much time to go search for material. Moe told us that with materials he would take 50% advance. For a moment we thought if Moe take the advance and disappear then what would do. But Moe said he could start working and we can pay him in first three days. I think that was one of the best chance we took as Moe worked continuously for 6-7 days to finish the washroom on time. He always gave us choices for materials by bringing samples of materials such as tiles, faucets. In the last I want to add this specially that I asked Moe for some additional repair work in addition to the basement and Moe did that with no additional cost. I will highly recommend Moe for home improvement work.

I recently hired Mo for several repairs around my house, and I could not be happier with the results. From the moment I contacted him, he was professional, courteous, and quick to respond. He arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials, and got straight to work. His workmanship is topnotch. He painted the whole house, fixed Garage motor, and patched up drywall. Each task was completed with great attention to detail and a high level of expertise. What impressed me the most was his ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions to unexpected problems that came up during the repairs. Moreover, Mo maintained a clean work environment, completed everything on time and made sure everything was tidy before he left. Had great experience with having bathrooms, basement made by Mo. Very trustworthy and reasonable prices. He makes suggestions like he was redoing his own house. I went into the reno projects knowing nothing. But the long discussions I had with him really educated me about critical design elements and changes. MK Home Improvement was very professional and highly responsive to my queries. He had the difficult job of renovating new bed room with addition Ensuite bathroom. He also corrected shower drainage piping and a toilet piping that was done by a different installer. The job was done beautifully and in a timely fashion. Muhammad is very experienced and skilled in Bathroom tiling including shower installation and all the other home renovation that you can think of. He has an eye for details and has a “can do” attitude in contrast to the original contractor/ home renovation company. I was very fortunate to have found Muhammad and highly recommend him for your home renovation and new bathroom installation.

Great contractor! MK home improvements completed a complete bathroom renovation and did a really good job. The finished job looked perfect and better than expected.
