MK Home Improvements did a great job rebuilding our staircase to the basement. It looks good, does not make a sound when you walk up and down, and they finished on time. The price was fair for the work completed and they even came back the next day to fix a minor issue. I would highly recommend this service.

Me and my wife saw board of MK Home Improvement somewhere while driving and never thought someday we would be hiring MK Home Improvement for a job as at that time we were living in a rental condominium. Few years back we move to our own Townhouse and its basement washroom was not finished. When we decided to finished it we got quotes with some contractors. Then my wife recalled seeing board of MK Home Improvement and searched for them. Moe from MK Home Improvement came and gave us the quote for washroom with and without materials both. We opted for with materials as me and my wife both do job and we didn’t have much time to go search for material. Moe told us that with materials he would take 50% advance. For a moment we thought if Moe take the advance and disappear then what would do. But Moe said he could start working and we can pay him in first three days. I think that was one of the best chance we took as Moe worked continuously for 6-7 days to finish the washroom on time. He always gave us choices for materials by bringing samples of materials such as tiles, faucets. In the last I want to add this specially that I asked Moe for some additional repair work in addition to the basement and Moe did that with no additional cost. I will highly recommend Moe for home improvement work.
